About the opportunity
* Establish and grow audiology services in Geraldton
* Deliver truly customer‐centric hearing care to the local community

The offer
* Guaranteed salary: $100,000 – $110,000 + super (paid fortnightly)
* Annual profit share once the business is profitable (paid monthly)
* Future value of shares in the business you build (paid upon retirement or exit)
* $20,000 sign‐on bonus to support your move or lifestyle goals
* Relocation support up to $5,000, including short‐term accommodation if required
