Job Overview
Coordinate and supervise a designated area or functions within the store in support of driving sales to meet budgets create a positive customer experience and profitable sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver consistent exceptional customer service
* Delivery quality profitable sales according to an established budget
* Work collaboratively as part of a team to answer any queries
* Ensure all visual merchandise is presented to a quality standard
* Monitor and assist with the web orders that come through to store this includes picking packing and organizing delivery in a timely manner
* Ensure all sales activities meet compliance and legislative requirements with emphasis on Consumer Law and Safety
