About the Role
We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our tight-knit team as a Carer. As a key member of our care delivery team, you will provide high-quality support to our residents, ensuring they receive the best possible care and service. Key Responsibilities
* Provide person-centred care to residents with dignity, respect, and compassion
* Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
* Support residents with mealtime assistance, hydration, and nutrition
* Participate in resident-focused activities and programs to promote engagement and socialisation
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication
Required Skills and Qualifications
You'll need a Min Certificate 3 qualification in Ageing, Individual Support, Care or Disability, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A passion for delivering world-class care and the ability to work effectively in a team environment are essential. You'll also have a strong understanding of Resident Rights, Aged Care Accreditation Standards, and their Outcomes.
