What's the role?
At Westpac, our Mobile Home Finance Managers play a vital role in helping customers achieve their homeownership goals. Working flexibly and independently, you'll be the go-to expert for new and existing customers, guiding them through the home loan journey from start to finish. You'll make the process smooth, rewarding, and personal – and introduce them to banking solutions that support their broader financial goals. You'll also nurture valuable referral relationships with key partners – from real estate agents to accountants and beyond – ensuring a steady stream of opportunities and a strong presence in your local community. This role reports to Vesna Kadinski, our Lending Area Manager, whose leadership is widely respected across the business. Vesna is known for her empowering and people-first approach, fostering a culture of trust, collaboration, and high performance.
