About our Client:
Our client operates on one of the world’s largest zinc and lead deposits, located approximately 970 kilometres south-east of Darwin.
We are currently seeking experienced mining operators for ongoing work at an open pit, hard rock operation.
About the Role:
* 2:2 Dayshift Roster
* 12-hour shifts
* FIFO from Darwin only (interstate flights not included)
* Ongoing vacancy with the potential to go permanent with the client
* Operation of Haul Trucks, Dozers, Graders, Excavators and Loaders
* Production mining, open pit
* Conduct pre-start checks and basic maintenance of machinery
* Work collaboratively within a high-performing team on site
* Clean shaven mine site
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Haul Truck experience: Minimum 6 months (mandatory)
Proven experience on one or more of the following:
* CAT D10 / D11 Dozer (tip heads & batters experience required)
* CAT 16M / 18M Grader
* CAT 993K Wheel Loader
* CAT 992K Wheel Loader
* Must hold RII tickets
* Must have a current drivers license
* Ability to pass pre-employment medical
