The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Design and Technolgies Teacher to join our learning community. The ideal candidate will have expertise in woodwork and metalwork and a commitment to fostering creativity and practical skills for students. What you bring to the role
* Deliver engaging and practical lessons in woodwork and metalwork at a secondary level
* Create a safe, inclusive and inspiring workshop environment
* Guide students through design thinking, prototyping and fabrication processes
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative curriculum and projects
* Support students in developing technical skills and confidence in using tools and machinery
* Strong knowledge of safety protocols and workshop management
