With over 25 years experience in the construction industry, Sydney Piling has built a reputation as the piling and full basement package specialists in Sydney - from home extensions to new residential builds and large commercial buildings.The roleWe\'re searching for a positive, friendly Finance & Payroll Manager to join our team in Banksmeadow and lighten the load of our busy Office Administrator. 
Take ownership of finance tasks including: payroll, client billing, collections, payables and supplier statements, new hire set-up, expense reports, end-of-job P&Ls;, BAS/IAS and joint venture allocations.ResponsibilitiesManage supplier invoices, cost allocations and paymentsMaintain Xero records, reconcile accounts and generate payment filesOversee client billing, monitor collections and enforce payment termsTrack fixed assets, assist with loan accounting and manage documentationPrepare financial reports, including job P&Ls; and monthly expense reviewsProcess payroll and contractor payments for 40+ staff weekly, manage employee super, leave and reimbursementsSupport Accountant with BAS/IAS lodgements, GST and PAYG reconciliationProvide general finance support to Office Administrator, Accountant and DirectorWhat are we looking forThis is an office-based role - BYO laptop and phone. 
Flexible part-time over 3-4 days (Fridays essential for payroll).
