Our personal injury division provides services through federal and state-based Workers Compensation, Motor Accident Schemes and Life Insurance.

Responsibilities
* Perform a variety of assessments including ADLs, functional capacity evaluations, worksite assessments and ergonomic assessments;
* Collaborate with stakeholders including the employee who has suffered injury, illness, or trauma, medical specialists and other treatment providers;
* Take a holistic care approach, working within a multidisciplinary team to support the journey from rehab to healing;
* Work across ADF and DVA portfolios, supporting our Veterans and current ADF members.
You will work across local ADF bases in this hybrid role. Location may vary between the Acumen office, client site and work from home options.
What will make you successful
* Current unrestricted registration or membership with AHPRA
* Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy
* Ability to engage across multidisciplinary teams to support a common goal
* Passion to help people rehabilitate
* Occupational Rehabilitation/case management experience will be highly regarded
