The Opportunity

This is a role for someone who thrives where momentum meets ambition.

As Sales Operations Manager, you'll sit at the heart of our commercial engine, shaping how our sales function operates, scales, and succeeds. This is a strategic, cross-functional role where your ideas turn into impact fast. You won't manage a team, but you will influence outcomes, drive change, and help the business move smarter and faster.

What You'll Do

Own it. Shape it. Improve it.

* Own and continuously evolve sales processes, workflows, and playbooks that enable high performance.
* Optimise Salesforce and sales tools to improve efficiency, insight, and decision-making.
* Turn data into momentum delivering clear analysis, insights, and recommendations to senior leaders.
* Drive cross-functional initiatives, bringing people together around shared goals and outcomes.
* Ensure strong governance, compliance, and continuous improvement across the sales function.
* Support forecasting, reporting, and resource planning to maximise team impact and results.

What You'll Bring

* 5+ years' experience across Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Commercial Projects, Product, or Change.
* Strong analytical capability with advanced Excel/Sheets and CRM reporting skills.
* Hands-on experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
* A commercial mindset, attention to detail, and comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
* Confidence influencing senior stakeholders and collaborating across teams.
* A proactive, data-led approach and a genuine drive to improve how things work.
