Mocka is an Australian/ New Zealand online furniture business that has taken pride in delivering trend-led, affordable, furniture and decor over the last 16 years.
We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Creator to join our growing team.
You'll be the go-to person for capturing and styling our products for a variety of content formats—from clean eCommerce product photography to high-energy social media reels.
This role will be varied and cover all aspects of creative production from initial shoot planning, prop sourcing, set building, wall painting, set styling, Ecommerce photography, product videos, video creation, video editing, file naming, and archiving.
Please Note: This is a physical role, working with furniture on photoshoot sets.
You will be expected to style, set build and safely move furniture items.
This role is a full-time position based in Brisbane, QLD.
Core Responsibilities
Coordinate and plan ecommerce photoshoots in onsite studio.
Styling furniture product and room set builds
Product photography and video adhering to Brand style guide
File management, archiving and time management to ensure product imagery and assets are captured and meet all deadlines.
Maintain the studio space and ensure a functional and tidy workspace.
Capturing and executing social reels, BTS and EGC content with on-camera speaking
Video editing fit for channel
Assisting the Creative Lead in all tasks including Campaign
Effective communication and collaboration with the wider teams
Requirements
Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role.
A passion for design, furniture and homewares with a keen awareness of interior trends.
A strong understanding of social media and the digital landscape, comfortable creating social video and appearing on camera.
Good knowledge of Canva and Adobe creative suite: Photoshop, Premiere and (ideally) experience with Phase One Capture One.
Experience with (Canon) DSLR camera and (Bron) professional lighting equipment.
A strong sense of aesthetic and eye for composition.
High attention to detail and effective communicator.
The ability to take direction and work autonomously.
A team player with an aspiration to contribute, learn, grow and develop new skills.
Great to have
Certification in Interior Design, Photography or Content Creation (Videography).
