Your Territory – NSW Franchise Network
You'll support a mix of metro and regional franchise centres across NSW, including :
Blacktown, Central Coast, Coffs Harbour, Maitland, Newcastle, North Sydney, Penrith, Port Macquarie, Sydney Central, Tamworth, Taree, Windsor.
Your goal is to partner with franchise owners and their teams to grow revenue, strengthen customer relationships, and identify opportunities across industrial, commercial and trade markets.
A Day in the Life
8 : 30 AM : Start at an aligned franchise centre to set priorities and confirm customer plans
9 : 00 AM–3 : 30 PM : Conduct ~6 quality customer visits (existing accounts, lapsed customers, targeted new business)
Identify new sales opportunities and support franchise owners with customer engagement
Build relationships with end users, contractors, OEMs and industrial customers
End of day : Update CRM, manage the pipeline, prepare proposals and plan upcoming visits
One dedicated office day per week for admin and planning
Report directly to the National Sales Manager with strong coaching and support
What You'll Be Doing
Drive sales growth across your assigned NSW territory
Manage key accounts across your territory
Support franchise owners with sales capability and customer-facing activity
Develop and execute territory plans and customer strategies
Maintain a strong sales pipeline and deliver accurate forecasting
Represent the brand with professionalism and a solution-selling mindset
Who This Role Suits

Currently in internal sales and ready to step into a field role
OR recently promoted into a territory position and wanting greater responsibility
Experienced in distributor networks, industrial sales or franchise-style environments
Customer-focused, relationship-driven and proactive
Confident balancing account management with new business development
You Bring
Experience in industrial, trade, technical or distribution / franchise environments
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage a territory and maintain structured CRM and pipeline discipline
A commercial mindset and willingness to learn and grow
Pride in delivering high service standards to customers and franchise partners

Salary : Base + $20,000 car allowance + Super
