The Opportunity
Silverchains Country Health Service are currently recruiting a Registered Nurse for Broome and surrounds on a Permanent 36 minimum hours, 6 days per fortnight. This role offers the opportunity to work in the community seeing a variety of clients. Acute general nursing skills are desirable; community nursing experience is highly regarded. This role provides chronic disease management, wound, and catheter care to clients in their own homes.
Responsibilities
You will be an experienced, multi-skilled Registered Nurse. Using your exceptional clinical assessment, decision-making and problem-solving skills, you will provide an optimum standard of care to our clients, making a real contribution to their health outcomes.

About You
- Solid experience in Wound and Catheter care
- Advanced Clinical assessment skills and chronic disease management
- 1+ years post-grad broad experience in general nursing
- Current Registration with the AHPRA, with zero notations
- Compassion and enthusiasm, with a friendly approach
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- A current Australian driver’s licence
