HR Partners is seeking a strategic and detail-oriented HR Operations Manager to lead and optimise HR systems, policies, and processes. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a values-driven organisation committed to delivering impactful outcomes.
Key Accountabilities:
* Lead the management and continuous improvement of HR systems and platforms (e.g. HRIS, recruitment, benefits)
* Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, transfers, and exits
* Drive the development and implementation of HR policies and ensure compliance with legislation
* Manage vendor relationships and service delivery (e.g. benefits, health services) Support employee wellbeing initiatives including EAP and salary packaging
* Deliver insightful HR reporting and contribute to strategic workforce planning
Key Requirements:
* Demonstrated experience in HR operations within a complex or changing environment.
* Strong project management and systems experience, especially in technology and process transformation.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Strong organisational and analytical skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
