What We're Looking For
You will support household activities, medical and health needs, attending community events/activities, personal care, meal management, transport, communication, and managing emotions and behaviours.
About You
Certificate III in Individual Support (desirable)
Be open to having conversations & be a good listener, without judgement
Show initiative & think outside the box
Empower participants you support - 'Do With' not 'Do For'
Complete a pre-employment medical, NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, First Aid and have a valid driver's licence.
Casual opportunities available
Preferably be able to work a rotating roster including some weekends and sleep overs/active night & split shifts.
