Cricket NSW (CNSW) is focused on leading and growing the game throughout the state. We oversee all cricket from elite professional teams to community, school, and social cricket programs. As a purpose and people‐led organisation, CNSW aims to inspire everyone to play and love cricket.
Our Wildly Important Goal (WIG) is to grow the number of 5–12‐year‐olds playing cricket. To deliver on our WIG and strategic priorities we have a collaborative, customer‐centric approach. ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the Head of Partnerships in this role you will:
* Support the end‐to‐end commercial sales process across prospecting through to deal completion
* Assist the Head of Partnerships in preparing for pitches, presentations, and negotiations
* Identify and research new business opportunities across key categories
* Establish, manage and maintain CRM data (HubSpot), ensuring accuracy and pipeline visibility
* Support the Commercial team on WBBL & BBL match days with rights delivery
ABOUT YOU
* 1–3 years' experience in a commercial, sales, partnerships, or analyst role (sport desirable but not essential)
* Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
* Strong interest in sport, sponsorship, media, and brand partnerships
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
* Confident communicator, both written and verbal
* Proactive and self‐driven with a willingness to generate opportunities
