Role Description
This is a casual on-site Trade Assistant role located in Bayside and Mornington areas, VIC. Clear training pathway to a full time lead technician for the right person. As a Trade Assistant, you will assist technicians in air conditioning cleaning and sanitising tasks for residential and commercial systems. Key responsibilities include working with tools and equipment, maintaining high-quality service standards, supporting technicians with daily tasks, and interacting with customers to ensure satisfaction and address their needs.
Qualifications
Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills
Proficiency in Customer Service and a customer-focused approach
Experience or knowledge in Trading and working with Power Tools
Ability to work effectively on-site in a team-oriented environment
Attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive work ethic
Understanding of air conditioning systems is a plus but not mandatory
Physical fitness to perform hands-on tasks
