Certification
(Associate/Specialist/ACE) preferred.
Key Responsibilities
1. Requirements Gathering & Analysis
2. Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to capture
functional and non-functional requirements

3. Document
workflows

user stories
,
acceptance criteria
, and
functional specifications
.
4. Perform
gap analysis
between existing systems and new Guidewire solutions.
5. Stakeholder Communication
6. Act as a liaison between
business units

development teams
, and
QA teams
.
7. Ensure clarity and alignment across all project phases.
8. Guidewire Expertise
9. Hands-on experience with
PolicyCenter
,
BillingCenter
, and
ClaimCenter
modules.
10. Knowledge of
Guidewire Digital Portal
and integration points with
APIs
and
microservices
.
11. Familiarity with
configuration
,
workflows
, and
data models
.
12. Testing & Quality Assurance
13. Support
User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
and collaborate with QA teams for
test strategy and validation
.
14. Agile Methodology
15. Participate in
Agile ceremonies
and ensure deliverables align with sprint goals.
