What's the role?
This is a full-time role based in Sydney, where you'll lead the design and delivery of governance and compliance processes that help us meet regulatory expectations and drive confident, effective outcomes. You'll work across teams to simplify complex requirements, support a culture of accountability, and ensure our controls are not just in place—but working brilliantly. It's a role that blends technical expertise with practical application, and collaboration is at its core.
What do I need?
To thrive in this role, you'll bring:
* Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and how to apply them in real-world settings.
* Experience designing and improving governance processes, systems, and tools.
* Confidence in leading assurance and control activities across complex matters.
* A collaborative approach to working with legal, risk, and business teams.
* The ability to simplify technical concepts and build trust in how we operate.
