Skills
* Coordinating and maintaining skills‐based rostering across Logan, Beaudesert and satellite Medical Imaging departments
* Supporting day‐to‐day operational activities to ensure safe, efficient and patient‐centred service delivery
* Providing advanced clinical leadership, mentoring and operational guidance to Radiographers and support staff
* Leading workforce planning, workload allocation and staff development initiatives
* Contributing to service improvement, quality activities and innovative models of care
* Partnering with senior leadership to support operational planning, governance and strategic service development
* Promoting a collaborative and inclusive team culture focused on excellence in patient care
About You
* Advanced clinical expertise within Medical Imaging and the ability to apply professional judgement independently
* Demonstrated experience in workforce coordination, rostering and operational management
* Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and leadership capabilities
* Proven ability to manage competing priorities and support service delivery outcomes in complex healthcare environments
* Experience leading service improvement, change management and quality initiatives
* A commitment to patient‐centred care, collaboration and professional excellence
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in Medical Imaging Technology with current AHPRA registration and Queensland Radiation Use Licence
