We're Hiring: TMI and Traffic Controllers!
As a vital member of our team, you'll play a key role in ensuring the safe and efficient flow of traffic while contributing to major infrastructure projects that make a difference. We offer the chance to work alongside industry leaders committed to raising the standard of traffic management and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct traffic for works and events using Stop/Slow Bat
• Implement and monitor traffic management plans
• Perform vehicle pre-start checks, load/unload signage, and equipment
• Complete necessary documentation and hazard assessments
• Report hazards and near misses promptly
• Maintain safety standards for workers, pedestrians, cyclists, and the public
• Work closely with team leaders, foremen, and auditors to ensure best practices are followed
Skills & Experience:
• Essential: QLD TC – Traffic Control License
• Highly Desirable: QLD TMI – Traffic Management Implementation License
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transport
• Flexible availability for day, night, and weekend shifts
• Basic computer skills
• Strong communication skills with a focus on safety
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
