Practice Manager / Clinical Administrator
Clinic Administrator / Practice Manager - Full time opportunity available (38h/week)
We are looking for someone to be the face of the company at our Bunbury Clinic. If you have an inviting and welcoming personality, initiative, time management, attention to details and positive work ethic, you might be the right fit for this role!
Medical experience is not mandatory, but you must be willing to learn!

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
* Provide exceptional customer service
* Following up on aging debts and collecting payments.
* Promote in house services and products to potential clients/customers
* Drafting of rosters.
* Performance reviews
* Training and coaching of new receptionist.
* Support the implementation of initiatives that establish a work culture in
line with the company values.
* Develop and maintain effective collaborative, partnerships and strategic
alliances with key external stakeholders
* Maintaining up to date diary of therapists and opening hours
* Efficient coordination of clinic communications (emails/letters etc)
* Maintain general tidiness of clinic and treatment rooms
* Undertake fee collection, Process all facilities of payments – Cash, EFTPOS, HICAPS, cheques, and issue receipts
* Maintain correct and up to date client records
What you will bring to the role
* Administration certification or years of experience in a similar role (reception/medical)
* Team or people management capabilities and willingness to learn
* Flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads
* High degree of accountability and attention to detail
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Understanding of the rights of people with a disability
* Current Valid Driver's License
* Availability Monday - Friday, between 8am to 6pm.
* Attitude to take initiative, dedication, reliability and team work
* Demonstrates time management, delegation, organisation skills and positive work ethic
* Attention to detail and problem solving skills
* Proficient in G-Suite (Google Workspace/ Word, Excel, Emails
