Currently seeking a Senior Property Manager that is looking to fit into their relaxed and wholesome environment, this is a role that hasn’t become available for a number of years due to their low staff turnover and streamline department. The Role: Management of a clean and tidy portfolio of approx. 200 properties – this is capped and wont grow any more! This role is PURE relationship management Maintaining relationships with landlords/owners NO arrears – these are automated NO ingoing’s NO leasing NO routines NO accounts Carry out regular rent and lease reviews All compliance is looked after Prepare claims for rental bonds and attend CTTT hearings when required Offshore administration for support The Candidate: Previous Property Management experience A current Certificate of Registration Own car and Drivers license Needs to be very diligent with their own portfolio Have the ability to work with KPI’s Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) Great presentational skills Be a motivated self-starter The Benefits: Monday – Friday opportunity Low staff turnover Work From Home (1 x day per week!)
