The Role
We're looking for a qualified and experienced
Industrial Electrician
to join our Stapylton team in a full time day shift role, working
Monday to Friday from 5:00am to 3:00pm
.
In this position, you'll play a key role in maintaining our high-volume, 24/7 manufacturing facility by carrying out preventive maintenance and responding to breakdowns to keep production running efficiently.
You'll bring relevant electrical trade qualifications, hands-on industrial or manufacturing experience, strong diagnostic skills, and a proactive, safety-first approach.We offer a supportive team environment, competitive hourly rates, and genuine opportunities for development and career growth.

Responsibilities
Perform electrical repairs, inspections, and preventative maintenance on fixed plant equipment, including PLCs and circuitry, to ensure operational reliability
Respond to breakdowns, working closely with the Operations team to troubleshoot and minimise downtime
Support plant shutdowns through major overhauls and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Maintain a strong commitment to safety, quality, and environmental compliance across all tasks
What You Will Need to Succeed
A valid, unrestricted electrical trade qualification with proven industrial experience
Strong fault-finding skills and PLC diagnostic capability
Self-motivated, energetic, and confident with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Flexible and adaptable with a strong work ethic and commitment to safety
