The Role
We're seeking a forward-thinking Data and Insights Analyst to join our growing Strata Excellence team.
Your Responsibilities
* Data Detective: Gather data from various internal and external sources, identify data needs, and establish reliable and accurate data pipelines.
* Trend Spotter: Perform in-depth analysis to uncover trends and patterns, applying statistical techniques and tools to interpret complex data.
* Visualisation Guru: Develop and update Power BI dashboards, creating interactive visualisations that make data insights easy to understand.
* Insight Communicator: Create detailed reports and presentations to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to business leaders.
* Strategic Advisor: Provide data-led insights to help prioritize projects and initiatives, supporting leadership with project planning and mapping.
Your Qualifications
* You have strong knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and methodologies, with proven experience in data analysis, data modeling, and data visualisation.
* You hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field (desirable but not essential).
* You have proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, and Excel.
* You are recognised as a Power BI expert.
* You have experience working with large datasets, including data quality checks and data cleansing.
* You have a natural curiosity about data and enthusiasm for insights, visualisation, and storytelling.
