Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to lead the retail operations of a network of supermarkets in remote communities across Northern Territory and Far North Queensland.
You will be responsible for managing daily store operations, training and mentoring local team members, implementing nutrition policies, and collaborating with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage store operations, including inventory management and customer service.
* Train and mentor local staff to ensure excellent customer service and effective store operations.
* Implement nutrition policies and promote healthy food choices among customers.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including merchandising, nutrition, and community stakeholders.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need strong interpersonal skills, experience with retail systems, and the ability to adapt to remote challenges. You must also have excellent communication and leadership skills.
