You will be responsible for fostering a positive team culture, supporting clinician development, contributing to quality improvement initiatives, and ensuring the delivery of safe, evidence-based care. This role offers an excellent balance between leadership and clinical practice, allowing you to remain hands-on while developing valuable people leadership skills. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and support a multidisciplinary allied health team Promote best-practice, person-centred care across residential and community services Maintain a small physiotherapy caseload Support staff development, mentoring, and performance growth Drive quality improvement and clinical governance initiatives Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organisation Contribute to service innovation and continuous improvement About You To be successful in this role, you will be an experienced Physiotherapist who enjoys supporting others and is looking to take the next step in their career.
