Executive Chef Opportunity



Culinary innovation and leadership are at the heart of this dynamic Executive Chef role. The successful candidate will lead a team of experienced chefs, drive menu development, and ensure exceptional food quality in a multi-outlet hotel environment.


This is an exciting opportunity to champion culinary excellence, innovate menus, and work closely with senior managers to deliver outstanding guest experiences. A strong balance between creativity, operational discipline, and effective leadership is essential for success in this role.



* Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring seamless execution and maintaining high standards of food quality.

* Lead a talented team of chefs, fostering a positive and inclusive culture that encourages growth and development.

* Develop and implement innovative menus that showcase creativity, flair, and attention to detail.

* Work collaboratively with senior managers to drive business objectives, improve processes, and enhance the overall dining experience.

* Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely deliveries, and negotiating optimal pricing.

* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, health standards, and other relevant laws and guidelines.

* Participate in menu planning, cost control, and inventory management to optimize profitability.

* Contribute to the development of the hotel's culinary vision, working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.



* Proven experience as a senior leader in kitchen operations, ideally in a similar hospitality environment, with a minimum of 5 years in a culinary leadership role.

* Proven experience in banquets and functions, demonstrating expertise in event planning and execution.

* Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to bring energy, initiative, and pride to the kitchen.

* Strong financial acumen, with the ability to manage budgets and control costs effectively.

* Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.

* Experience in hotel kitchen operations (highly desirable).

* Desire to grow and develop in the hotel industry.
