Where you'll be working
You will be working with an innovative healthcare provider specialising in the holistic care of children and adolescents. Recognising the importance of a multidisciplinary approach to mental health and neurodevelopment services, this organisation is one of the rare organisations nationwide to offer such an innovative model.
You will join an integrated team of paediatricians, psychiatrists, GPs and allied health professionals working collaboratively to address the fragmented nature of traditional healthcare, providing seamless and comprehensive care under one welcoming roof.
You will be involved in a community where young minds receive the continuous, uninterrupted care they deserve, from ADHD diagnosis to comprehensive psychotherapy.
The Job
Psychiatrists will receive assessment reports from Clinical Psychologists and will then conduct 45 minute consultations with the patient to confirm any diagnosis and formulate a clinical plan. Follow up appointments are 20 minutes.

Hours
Flexible to suit. 2-3 days per week. Half days are also fine.
Rate
$3,000 per day ($375/hour) - this is inclusive of a maximum of 8 x 45-minute diagnostic consultations per day, or 2 x 20-minute medication/specialist reviews per hour when an assessment consult hasn't been booked.
Requirements
Experience in ADHD assessments for adults or children preferred.
Fellowship of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (FRANZCP) is essential.
Access to a rebatable Medicare Provider number is required.
