* Solid knowledge of desktop/mobile hardware, operating systems, applications, and device management tools (e.g. MDM).
* Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
* Proactive, solutions-focused approach with a strong customer service mindset.
* Confident in diagnosing/resolving issues for remote users.
