The Ideal Candidates:
- Minimum 6-12 months' of property or building management experience
- QLD Certificate of Registration or full Real Estate Agent License (only for Property Managers)
- Reliable car and open QLD drivers' license
- Proficiency in one or more software packages – Property Me, Property Tree, Console Cloud, Inspect Real Estate, Inspection Express etc.
- Professionally presented, reliable and with a positive energy is a must
