We're a growing consultancy firm operating in the built environment space, our core services being Building Certification and Structural Engineering. As we expand, we're seeking a proactive, organised Personal Assistant to support our Managing Director and help drive efficient day-to-day operations.
You will provide high-level administrative and organisational support to the Managing Director; managing schedules and calendars, communication, travel and logistics, project-related tasks and strategic support. This role requires discretion, excellent prioritisation and organisational skills, strong initiative and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the Managing Director's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate internal/external appointments;
* Screen, prioritise and respond to emails and calls on behalf of the Managing Director;
* Prepare briefing notes, agendas, presentations and reports;
* Arrange travel, accommodation and itineraries;
* Coordinate meeting logistics, take minutes and track action items;
* Support project and task coordination and delivery;
* Maintain confidential files and handle sensitive information with discretion;
* Liaise with clients, partners and internal teams as required;
* General errands and day-to-day tasks.
