$30M.
In this role, you'll manage complex a complex project which demands strong leadership and high expectations around performance.Working closely with Directors and delivery teams, you'll ensure strategic project oversight through to completion, delivering projects with precision, clear communication, and commercial discipline.The RoleAs a key member of senior leadership, your responsibilities will include:Leading multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality projects across sectors including retail, education, industrial or hospitalityManaging project programs, budgets, subcontractors, and procurement under tight commercial controlOverseeing risk, quality and safety compliance in line with ISO standards and internal protocolsBuilding strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teamsProviding regular reporting to senior leadership on progress, financials and risk mitigationAbout You5-8+ years of experience in a Senior Project Manager role across commercial, institutional, education or hospitality sectorsExperience in AS4000 construct only contractsProven ability to manage large-scale, design-led projects from inception to handoverStrong commercial acumen, with experience managing project P&L, claims, and contract negotiationsExcellent communication and leadership skills with a collaborative, client-centric mindsetExperience working within WHS and quality frameworks, including ISO standardsIn ReturnSalary up to $300,000 + Super, depending on experienceOpportunity to lead high-profile projects across diverse sectorsWork with a respected, values-driven builder backed by financial stability and strong governanceFlat leadership culture with real autonomy and exposure to key decision-makersAccess to ongoing professional development and future project ownership opportunitiesHow to Apply Click apply to submit your resume and project list (Word format preferred).
