Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our HR function, you will be responsible for providing support in all aspects of human resources, including onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and recruitment.
About the Role
This is a part-time (3 days per week) position with a fixed-term contract for 8 months, with potential for extension. You will work closely with the HR & Office Manager to ensure the smooth operation of our HR processes and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinating onboarding and inductions for new employees
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of employee information and HR systems
* Providing advice and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters
* Assisting with recruitment and selection processes, including preparing job descriptions and advertisements
* Supporting training and development initiatives, including coordinating workshops and seminars
* Helping to develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Requirements
* Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
* At least 2 years' experience in HR support or coordination
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills
