We are currently seeking a dynamic, internal
**Recruitment Advisor** (blue collar recruiter) for one of our valued clients. Working across Construction, Engineering and Mining sectors you will bring a background in managing volume recruitment drives and projects.
This is a fast paced, busy role and works closely with a small internal team to ensure they are hiring the best possible talent.
**Accountabilities**:
- Provide hands on, end to end recruitment support to the team
- Placing job advertisements
- Interviewing
- Reference checking
- Onboarding administration
**Qualifications, Skills & Experience**:
- Minimum 3 years blue collar recruitment experience
- Sound knowledge of the WA mining or Civil industry and compliance
- Solid technical understanding of blue -collar mining roles from trades to senior levels
- Understanding of National Employment Standards and key components of the Fair Work Act 2009
- Possess passion and drive
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills to stakeholder level
- Highly professional and appreciation for confidentiality
