Operating as an authorised insurance broker in accordance with regulatory, licensing, and compliance requirements, acting in the best interests of clients.

Meeting with new and existing clients to explain policy terms, conditions, exclusions, premiums, and claims processes, and providing clear recommendations on levels and types of cover.
Placing and managing insurance policies on behalf of clients, liaising with insurers and underwriters to secure competitive terms.
Monitoring insurance market conditions, industry trends, and risk factors impacting the construction, property, and trades sectors.
Negotiating insurance placements and policy terms with insurers for complex commercial and construction-related risks.
Examining clients' financial position and project needs to structure insurance programs that align with commercial objectives and budget constraints.
Providing specialist broking support for complex commercial risks, including construction projects, property developments, professional indemnity, liability, and contract works insurance.
Advising clients on suitable insurance structures and coverage combinations to ensure adequate protection across projects and operations.
10. Assessing clients' business operations, contractual obligations, and risk exposures to determine appropriate insurance and risk management requirements.
11. Preparing and reviewing insurance documentation, including policy schedules, endorsements, and contractual insurance requirements.
12. Proactively identifying changes in client risk profiles and advising on necessary adjustments to insurance programs.

Skills and Qualifications:
* AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma (ANZSCO Skill Level 2)
* Registration/Licensing Required
Experience:
