The Factory Lead is responsible for the hands-on construction of high-quality custom joinery while providing daily leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the workshop team. Working closely with the Production Manager and design team, the Factory Lead ensures all projects are delivered to specification, and to the highest standards of craftsmanship. This role combines technical expertise with team leadership to drive production excellence, maintain safety, and foster a positive, collaborative work environment.
