We are a well-established and professional accounting firm seeking a friendly, organised and reliable Receptionist / Office Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a close-knit office, has strong organisational skills, and is confident dealing with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greeting and assisting clients in person and over the phone
* Answering and directing telephone calls
* Managing emails and general correspondence
* Client liaison and appointment coordination
* Data entry and maintaining client records
* Liaising with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) as required
* General office administration and support to the accounting team
About You:
* Previous experience in accounting practice or similar office role preferred
* Confident and professional communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
* Friendly, reliable, and client-focused attitude
