SYSTEM ENGINEER – MICROSOFT 365 / AD / SHAREPOINT / INTUNE / SQL

Based in Sydney, we are a busy MSP seeking a System Engineer to manage and support client IT environments. You'll maintain Windows Servers, AD, SQL clusters, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Intune, ensuring smooth operations and assisting with system improvements and deployments.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
* Administering Windows Servers, AD, SQL clusters, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Intune
* Managing client IT environments using Autotask and Datto RMM (N-central)
* Configuring and supporting FortiClient, FortiEMS, and MFA solutions
* Supporting system upgrades, deployments, and project work
* Troubleshooting and resolving client IT issues efficiently
* Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Intune skills
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving mindset
* Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
* Exposure to Datto RMM / N-central / Autotask
* FortiClient and MFA configuration knowledge
* Cloud administration experience (Azure/Intune)
