CQUniversity's Facilities Management Directorate is central to the effective operation of our campuses, managing physical assets with a strong focus on sustainability and reliability. We are seeking a Maintenance Systems Officer to provide technical and administrative support to the University's Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
Working under the direction of the Maintenance Systems Coordinator, you will support system enhancements, deliver user training, monitor data accuracy, and assist in coordinating routine preventative maintenance activities across the University.
In this role, you will contribute to testing system updates, documenting procedures, preparing reports from system exports, and engaging with stakeholders to support maintenance planning. You will also undertake physical audits of assets and spaces, requiring the ability to navigate campus environments and work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure high‑quality service delivery.

Position Requirements
A strong understanding of, or the capacity to quickly develop proficiency in, University policies, procedures, and relevant legislation.
Awareness of asset types and basic infrastructure found in commercial environments, such as building services, underground services and structural elements.
Ability to manage administrative tasks, analyse data, solve problems, and prioritise work while collaborating effectively to deliver solutions and meet deadlines.
Current Open Manual Driver's Licence (QLD).
Associate diploma qualification with relevant experience, or equivalent education/training (Desirable).
