About the Role
This role will also see you direct and manage the work of maintenance contractors, participate in an afterhours on call roster and ensure all maintenance duties and responsibilities are kept up to date. Working with a collaborative and supportive team, you will report to and perform duties as requested by the Maintenance Manager. All tools are provided!

What We're Looking For
* Experience in commercial facility maintenance (healthcare experience highly desirable).
* Strong communication skills—oral, written, and computer literacy.
* Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and adapt across multiple trade areas.
* Understanding of OH&S requirements and a commitment to quality improvement.
Highly Regarded Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in a hospital maintenance environment.
