Overview
Full‐time position located in Fletcher. Hours: 8:00 am‐4:00 pm. Salary: $120,000‐$140,000 annually.
Responsibilities
* Implement and maintain systems, processes and governance frameworks aligned with the Newcastle Anglican Executive team standards.
* Serve as key liaison between the School Principal and the Newcastle Anglican Executive Leadership team.
* Coordinate corporate services, financial management, ICT, administration, facilities and ancillary operations to ensure sustainability and responsiveness to the School Community.
* Lead WHS, risk and compliance initiatives to protect the wellbeing of the school and ensure regulatory adherence.
Qualifications
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, management or a related field.
* Demonstrated senior‐management experience, preferably within education or a related sector.
* Experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
* Proven organisational and decision‐making skills.
* Experience in budgeting, financial management and resource allocation.
* Ability to contribute to strategic planning and translate strategy into operational outcomes.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Capability to manage facilities, maintenance and capital works projects.
* Operational implementation of project‐management and change‐management tools.
* Understanding of WHS, risk management and regulatory compliance.
* Collaborative working style.
* Ability to build and manage effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
* Experience implementing governance frameworks and policies.
Desirable
* Experience working in an independent or faith‐based school.
* Knowledge of the NSW education regulatory requirements.
