Do you have what it takes to become a Smart Client Payments and Reconciliation Coordinator?
As the Client Payments and Reconciliation Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that all of our clients, customers and vendors receive their payments in a timely manner. You will be involved in the seamless reconciliation of bank accounts, manage client and vendor reports, and maintain a high level of accuracy and compliance in all financial interactions.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be key in your role to deliver end-to-end solutions.
* Process salary package payments, including the generation and processing of bank EFT and BPAY payment files.Manage Superannuation contribution imports and facilitate third party vendor payments.
* Reconcile allocated bank accounts within specified frequencies (daily, weekly, monthly).
* Investigate, escalate, and resolve any reconciling items to eliminate discrepancies between systems and bank records.
* Generate and distribute client and vendor reports as required.
* Maintain accuracy, compliance, and client focus in all internal and external interactions, striving for first-contact resolution in all functions.

* Experience in finance and account reconciliations.
* Proficiency in working with large datasets.
