Join a growing, industry-leading company in a pivotal front-line role Alumicorp, based in Smithfield, Sydney, is seeking a professional, enthusiastic, and reliable individual to be our new Receptionist and Office Administrator. Key Responsibilities:

* Manage front desk reception duties, including greeting visitors and handling phone calls and inquiries
* Provide administrative support across various departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
* Assist with customer service inquiries, ensuring a positive experience for all clients
* Organize and manage documentation, including maintaining spreadsheets and company records
* Coordinate office supplies and general administrative tasks
* Support internal teams with data entry, reporting, and other administrative duties

Requirements:

* Fluent in English with strong communication skills (written and verbal)
* Multilingual applicants are highly preferred
* Proven organizational skills, with excellent time management and attention to detail
* Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and spreadsheet management
* Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks
* Experience with Xero (or other accounting software) is an advantage
* Must be reliable and punctual, with a strong commitment to regular attendance
* Ability to work 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday, in a full-time capacity
* This role is suited for candidates without other major commitments, such as ongoing full-time studies or similar obligations, as consistent attendance is essential to ensure the smooth running of our operations
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Details:

* Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
* Salary: From $55,000 per year, with additional benefits and bonuses

Schedule:

* 8-hour shift (Day shift, Afternoon shift)
* Monday to Friday

Supplementary Pay:

* Annual bonus
* Overtime pay
* Performance bonus
