Manage pick-ups and deliveries efficiently.
Resolve customer issues using your service expertise.
Operate bulk vehicles (MR license required) or smaller vehicles/vans to meet diverse service needs.
Dispatch Work: Fleet Allocation
Manage and allocate jobs to couriers efficiently to ensure seamless service as a Fleet Allocator in the Sameday Local Courier operation.
Serve as the first point of contact for couriers in the Sameday Radio Room.
Allocate courier jobs effectively to meet delivery times.
Prioritize and plan jobs in a fast-paced environment.
Utilize transport dispatch, freight management, and GPS tracking systems.
Collect data to monitor KPIs for service quality.
Communicate effectively with team members to optimize job allocation.
Key Responsibilities
Provide reliable pick-up and delivery services to meet customer expectations.
Use geographical knowledge of Adelaide to optimize delivery routes.
Understand drivers' capabilities to handle urgent deliveries.
Ensure compliance with Chain of Responsibility (COR) and Dangerous Goods policies.
Maintain strong relationships with drivers and customers.
Work with dispatch and quality control staff to monitor performance and meet KPIs.

Full Car License required (Medium Rigid preferred).
