The Role and Responsibilities

As a facilities management professional, your responsibilities will include:

* Conducting regular inspections of buildings, including common areas and plant rooms
* Monitoring contractor works to ensure quality and professionalism
* Ensuring statutory requirements are met and adhered to by all stakeholders
