About the Role

We are currently looking for a Relief Manager with previous and proven ability working within a fast-paced business. Together with the local teams you will implement structure and motivate them to achieve goals and exceed results. You will be the main driver on the floor with the team and ensuring that things get done Ensuring that the stores kept to standard in the absence of the usual manager.

You will thrive in a hands-on role leading from the front. There will be physical components to this role so you will need be able to lift heavy items, unpack pallets and not be afraid of a little hard work.

Skills and Experience

- Have previous experience in sales and retail
- You will promote a strong culture and be able to influence change
- Coming from a business where growing a brand is important
- Have the ability to drive sales and KPI's in a business
- You will love exceeding customer experience every time
- As part of the management team, you will be physically energetic and not afraid of hard work
- Strong administration skills and experience with Microsoft Office
- Experience in stock management, ordering, rotating, stock takes etc
- Forklift licence (An Advantage)
- Loader Licence (An Advantage)
