We'relookingforadynamicandexperiencedPrincipalEngineertobecomeakeypartofourUrbanDevelopmentteaminBrisbane.AsaPrincipalEngineer,you'lltakechargeofatalentedgroupofEngineers,steeringthemtowardsdeliveringoutstandingresultsforawidearrayofClients.Collaboratingcloselywiththeleadershipteam,you'llplayanessentialroleinnurturingclientrelationshipsanddrivingbusinessgrowththroughouttheregion.

What do we need from you
* Abachelor'sdegreeinCivilEngineering
* 12+years'experienceworkinginUrbanDevelopment
* CPEngstatusandRPEQ
* Strongorganisationalandinterpersonalskillsforfacilitatinginternalandexternalstakeholderengagementsandbusinessdevelopmentopportunities.
* ExperienceinsuccessfullymanagingprojectsmeetingClientobjectives.
* Strongtechnicalexpertiseincivildesignwithknowledgeofrelevantguidelines,AustralianStandards,andLocalCouncilPlanningSchemes.
* Strongunderstandingofgreenfieldprojects,waterenvironments,andwaterresourcemanagement.
