We are Seeking two Schedulers to Join our Care Services Team
We're looking for two compassionate and dedicated schedulers to join our Care Services Team – people who take pride in making a real difference every day.
Do you know how to solve problems and connect people while keeping care running smoothly for those who depend on us the most?
In this vital role, you'll help ensure our clients receive the high-quality, reliable, and culturally appropriate care they deserve. You'll coordinate and maintain accurate rosters, support seamless service delivery, and work closely with our Care Services, Allied Health, and Nursing Teams.

Morning Shift: Monday to Friday, 7.30am – 12.30pm
Afternoon Shift: Monday to Friday, 12 – 5pm

The Role
You will be part of a team of dedicated professionals who are committed to providing the highest quality of care to our clients.
Key responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate and compliant rosters for clients and staff across in-home services.
• Communicate effectively with clients and staff about roster updates and service changes.
• Resolve scheduling issues promptly to ensure continuity of care.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to align scheduling with client needs and preferences.
• Keep client and staff data accurate and audit-ready.
• Promote safety and compliance with workplace and award requirements.
