Position: Apprentice Liaison Consultant
Location: Nerang, Gold Coast
Role Type: Full-Time, Entry Level
About Us: MAG Apprenticeships is a leading provider of apprenticeship programs that empower individuals to excel in their chosen careers. Our team is dedicated to supporting apprentices every step of the way, from recruitment to onboarding and beyond.
Role Overview: As an Apprentice Liaison Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in our apprentices' journeys to success. Your responsibilities will include:
Screening and interviewing potential apprentices.
Assisting in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition into the program.
Providing ongoing support to apprentices throughout their apprenticeships.
Addressing and resolving any apprentice-related issues that arise.
All weekly administration and compliance duties
Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly apprentice performance review
Engage with RTO's and form robust working relationships with 3rd party apprentice programs
social media engagement to promote the MAG business
Requirements:
Strong administration skills to ensure smooth operations.
Exceptional efficiency to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Capability to handle apprentice issues with empathy and professionalism.
Great work ethic and a can-do attitude.
Immediate availability to start making a difference.
