Care Manager - Residential Aged Care - Echuca, Victoria
Our client is a leading for‐profit provider of aged care services, known for their commitment to delivering high‐quality, person‐centred care that enhances the lives of their residents. With a strong reputation for excellence, they operate multiple residential aged care facilities and are currently seeking a Care Manager at one of their facilities.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high‐quality clinical assessments through a comprehensive and resident‐focused process.
* Oversee care planning for 60 residents.
* Collaborate with staff, residents, and families to achieve person‐centred outcomes.
* Build strong relationships with residents and their families, fostering trust and communication.
* Lead and support care staff in delivering exceptional care services.
* Manage medication in line with resident needs and legislative requirements.
* Contribute to operational duties and continuous improvement initiatives within the facility.
* Work towards budget goals while leading the team to achieve outstanding results.
What We're Looking For
* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse with a minimum of 2 years' experience.
* Demonstrated leadership skills and excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
* A genuine passion for caring for the elderly and promoting their wellbeing.
* Proficiency in computer systems.
* Understanding of WHS responsibilities, including manual handling principles.
* Knowledge of Aged Care Legislation, Accreditation, and AN‐ACC processes.
* Availability to work full‐time hours (76 hours per fortnight).
* A valid police check clearance.
* Full Australian Working rights – No sponsorship available.
